Understand the mechanism on 3-4th pages first; then read profile cards of three products. Use the comparison table to prepare for the doctor's interview, not a "product selection tool" alone. Last decision; anatomy, skin quality, past processes, diseases, drugs used and complication management capacity together

should be evaluated.

Collagen Loss and Biology of Face Aging

Aging is not only “hacim loss”; the skin, fat compression, bonds and bone structure vary together.

Collagen is one of the main structural proteins that contribute to the durability of the dermis. Timely fibroblast activity, extracellular matrix organization and skin quality change. Sun exposure, smoking, sleep, nutrition, hormonal status and genetic properties may affect the visible aging speed.

  • Fine lines and wrinkles are not only surface problems; it is associated with changes in the support tissues at the bottom.
  • It can lead to displacement or reduction in facial fat compression, shadowing and contour loss.
  • The reduction of connective tissue support can improve the detection of moderate face and lower percentage looseness.
  • Collagen stimulant products “no return to the old earth”; aiming to a controlled and gradual restructuring.

Realistic target

The best result is often not “getting out” but naturally improving skin quality, transitions and facial rates.

What is Biostimulator Filler, How Does it Work?

These products carry a common purpose; but material, carrier, injection technique and clinical behaviors are not the same.

Biostimulators aim to support collagen production and matriks restructuring through biodegradable particles. Some may have early volume effect thanks to the carrier gel; some stand out with more weeks and gradual results in months.

Mostly direct volume/shape; in many HA products

Ellansé: PCL Based Collagen Stimulant

PCL is composed of microspheres and CMC gel carrier; it is aimed to combine biostimulation in the same product with volume support.

Featured structure

Ellansé is a product that homogenous polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres are decorated in carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). The gel contributes to volume effect in early period; PCL microspheres are associated with the formation of new collagen in time.

  • Clinical usage areas vary according to country and current product instruction. Like face contour, middle face, jaw and jaw line

Radiesse: CaHA Based Volume and Biostimulation

Calcium hydratric microspheres can be assessed on the configuration or skin quality chamber according to the way of use.

Radiesse is an injectable product with calcium hydratit (CaHA) microspheres in CMC gel.

diluted applications in areas may be off-label in some regions.

Sculptra: Gradual Restructuring with PLLA

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biostimulator that can increase in time of pronouncedness and is often planned with multiple sessions.

Sculptra is based on PLLA particles prepared by watering. A part of the volume seen during the injection depends on the watering fluid and can be reduced within a few days. The main target is the growing collagen response in weeks and months.

  • The result is not suitable for the expectation of “filling”; requires patience and gradual follow-up.
  • The number of seans and ranges vary according to the person. It should not be considered that the single session will be enough for everyone.
  • It is important to reduce the risk of preparation, watering, waiting, injection plane and homogeneity.
  • After application massage recommendations should be given according to the current product instruction and the practitioner protocol; from the internet

The only type “5-5-5 rule” should not be accepted automatically for each patient.

  • PLLA can not be melted quickly and in a standard way. Specialist if superficial papul or later nodul develops

Most important comparison

There is no single answer to the question “What’s better?” The right product is determined by the target area, skin thickness, volume requirement, facial movements, previous fillings, risk tolerance and experience of the practitioner. HA filler, energy-based device, surgical or no operation can be more accurate in some patients.

the early recognition of condition complications and the choice of experienced practitioners

makes it important.

Before and After Application Maintenance

Personal instructions of the clinic are always primary.

Before application

  • Report implant, surgery or dental treatment if you have past filling and aesthetic processes.
  • Do not leave blood-watering or supplements with your own decision; discuss with physicians about planning.
  • Call the clinic in advance if there is active herpes, infection, fever or new skin lesion.
  • Do not trade immediately before important events; leave time for bruising and swelling.
  • Read the Onam form; request the box, serial/lot number and tag of the product used.

First 2448 hours

  • Do not apply unnecessary printing, intensive massage or shape to the region; only massage if the doctor is clearly recommended.
  • It can be recommended to limit heavy exercise, sauna, baths, very hot shower and intensive alcohol consumption short-term.
  • Pay attention to cleansing; follow the recommended of the clinic for makeup and skin care products.
  • Cold application wrapped with cloth for Şişli can be used at short intervals; avoid direct ice contact.

Tags p

  • Do not skip the control appointment; in particular, the serial session decision at PLLA is given in time.
  • coordinate with your practitioner if you plan dental treatment, surgical or other aesthetic processes.
  • Store the product card and let them know the future health professionals.

Important distinction on massage

Sculptra post massage can be recommended in some protocols, it is not valid for every product and every region. Uncontrolled massage in Ellansé or Radiesse can contribute to the displacement of the product or tissue trauma.

Personal instruction is essential.

Frequently Asked Questions and Correctly Known Mistakes

Short answers are for you to prepare for a doctor’s call.

“Is the most permanent product best? ”

No. It is also important to change the irreversibility, complication management and the time of the face.

“Is the smart filler face inflated? ”

If the dosage is correct to the region and the technique, the natural result is targeted; but the choice of excessive application or incorrect patient can lead to the appearance of inflate/flate.

“Do you end in one session? ”

Depends on product and goal. PLLA often serial session, CaHA and PCL may require single or additional session according to your requirement.

“Do the result appear immediately? ”

The early carrier gel effect can be on PCL and CaHA. The first liquid effect in PLLA is temporary, the main result is gradual.

“Can it be credible? ”

Unlike HA fillings, there is no standard, fast and universal melting method for these three products.

“Can the production of ocolagen last forever? ”

No. Biological response and clinical effect decreases over time; the aging process continues.

“Can the same day be botox or device? ”

Sometimes it is possible; however, it is necessary to plan personal because of the risk of ranking, region, infection and inflammation.

“Why can the cheap app be risky? ”

The product affects the cost and safety of originality, cold chain/mixing, sterileity, anatomy knowledge and emergency complication equipment.

Accurately known Tags

“Biostimulator is riskless because it is natural.” wrong. Although the body is intended to support collagen response, product injection carries serious risks such as infection, nodule, vascular congestion, necrosis and very rarely vision loss.

Decision Control List, Conclusion and Resources

The safe decision starts with the correct clinical and accurate indication before the product name.

10 Item Check List Before Appointment

  • Is the practitioner an authorized physician to do this?
  • Is it possible to verify the full commercial name and originality of the product to be used?
  • Is the product approved for this region and purpose, or off-label?
  • Why is this product; Why not HA filler, device or surgery?
  • What is expected change and realistic time?
  • How many sessions and about total products are planned?
  • Is there an accessible plan on the same day if complications develop?
  • Are there emergency equipment available for vascular congestion and allergic reaction in the clinic?
  • Is my previous fillings and diseases included in the plan?
  • Will product tag, lot number, app map and tracking date be given to me?

Conclusion

Ellansé, Radiesse and Sculptra are not one-to-one equivalent products for the same purpose. PCL is more pronounced structure and early support; skin quality applications diluted with CaHA volumeization; PLLA can stand out with gradual and common biostimulation approach. The safest choice is not “most popular product”; the right patient, the right region,

is the combination of experienced physicians ready for correct dose and complications management.
